Conversations on goals are always disturbing, not because goals put pressure on us but because we put pressure on ourselves by setting goals beyond our limits.
What is a Goal? It is defined as the desired states that one seek to obtain, maintain or avoid. Basically something you want to accomplish in life. When we set goals we envision, plan for, and commit to achieving these desired results. Goals can either be short term or long term depending on how big or small they are, they should also be relevant and realistic to you as the person setting them. How do you set goals for your life? First understand your priorities so they guide you in knowing where to start, e.g from personal development to career to finance to spirituality to relationships in that particular order or in an order that you decide depending on your priorities. Your goals must be Specific Measurable Achievable Realistic/ Relevant and Timely or Time-bound (S.M.A.R.T). Using the S.M.A.R.T objective provides a clear road map for evaluation purposes. Factors such as Geographical location, health related issues and natural disaster have influence on whether you achieve your goal on time or not but that shouldn’t hinder you from dreaming and working hard towards achieving them.

So according to me #StewieLeSavage one should have clear objective to why that specific goal so as to understand it’s relevance, this will also determine whether it’s achievable or not. Please click follow for more content to come.
