Every Saturday morning (0930-1030 CAT) Khulumani FM 95.0 gives us the RapLab, Bulawayo’s number 1 hip-hop show hosted by Thorne Laroq. A show that aims on promoting the local hip-hop industry and it gives the full view of the Bulawayo hip-hop scene.
Today on the RapLab they were reviewing T1nda‘s latest project, a 5 track EP titled Earthen Vessel, on the Poetic Justice segment they were hosting KudsyValorZoro a female wordsmith and on everyone’s lips is the #LiveBars segment where two rappers go against each other for a weekly bragging rights price. The winner is decided by a panel of 3 judges Prozac (a battle lyricist), Naboth Rizla (the DGV Rap battles C.E.O) and P2DAOH (a Hip-hop producer).
So today M.U.S.E The Artist went against Sage M1(last week’s winner who lyrically defeated Jilly The Black) and he earned this week’s bragging rights. According to the judges M.U.S.E played his cards so well thus he deserved to win. Now they are inviting rappers to challenge him for next week’s battle.
