2018 hasn’t been a great year for us as Zimbabweans but because we are strong, we held on and we are still holding on. We’ve been through a much more tougher situation than this one but we managed to pull through. I believe we as Zimbabweans have grown extra thick skins so this situation is just like our drinking water.
Even though things have been tough due to our economic downfalls, we have people who are more determined on cheering us up. The queen of poetry slams 2018 Miss Thandoe the Poet came through with an idea to bring live performances to us in form of an acoustic night which is a must attend event. Your $5 gets you in, so please come in numbers.
This event will be held at The Homestead Conference Centre (Cnr 3rd avenue and George Silundika strt) in Bulawayo. Joining her on the stage are acts from Random Poets, Nyasha Bothwell, Shadows band and a lot more other talented artists from in and around Bulawayo. With October being the breast cancer month this event is also set to bring awareness against breast cancer.
So according to me #StewieLeSavage if you are a fan of live music and poetry. This is a must attend event.
