Venis Warren Chanyanyiwa (named after his grandfather) is a young man from the City of Kings and Queens. Grew up in the dusty streets of Luveve 4 (Luv city as they call it) Warren was raised by his grandparents and he’s a last born in a family of 5.
How he got into events and showbiz is kind of a long story but all I can say is he’s always been a king of events planning. ” We used to host house parties and once we made the whole college bunk studies just to attend to one of the parties” he tells us. His main door opened in 2013 when he met up with Cal_Vin, although due to some circumstances they had to part ways now although they are still close.
In 2016 him and his best friend Brian Dube founded Boss-Up events. They went on to do a lot of events in a course of 3 years, worked with a lot of big guys like Joe tha OG (Black troop entertainment) and Queens Cocktail bar (Mr Moyo and Ntuthuko) just to name a few. He describes Boss-Up events as his pride and joy, his first born baby “I’d literally do anything to make sure the brand succeeds”. He emphasizes on how grateful he is on everything which God has done in his life.
Venis Warren is also a guest host on Khulumani FM (95.0) every Thursday 8am for the Entertainment Gist with Miss Tee and Ex Da Voice #The_Radio_Smurfs. He is also working on the largest spring festival in Bulawayo set for 1 September.
So according to me #StewieLeSavage I say, if you want to party like a boss and with the bosses, Venis Warren is the right guy to deal with.
